Community Operations Manager
Do you have some experience with community and support? Do you like to offer best possible support, and do you know how to engage people? We’re currently looking for a motivated community operations manager, who will be the right hand of our Head of Community and Support! This is a great opportunity to get into an all-round position in a young international team in the game industry!
You will strive to make the community and support department work as smooth as possible and keep players engaged and happy. You will be responsible for the best possible support (tools) and fun and engaging events.
What are you going to do?
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Some experience with community management and support is a big plus. You are a pro in effectively communication with players, you are creative, and you do like tech. Native Dutch is a must! Since our players are online 24/7, working 1 or 2 nights a week is a requirement.
